How to use: wash before first use. Lay the meat on a cutting board, remove the cover and press the tenderizer down over the whole piece, avoiding bone. Turn the meat over and repeat crosswise. A little oil on the blades makes the work smoother; shorten the cooking time afterwards.
Care: rinse in water no hotter than 80 degrees Celsius, dry fully, refit the cover and store out of reach of children.
