Every parcel from Bejagadget ships with a tracking number, emailed to you as soon as it leaves us. Orders are processed within 0-1 business days, and standard delivery then takes 2-3 business days. Enter your tracking number below to see where your gadgets are.
No tracking number to hand? Your orders, their status and their tracking links are all in your account — sign in with the e-mail you used at checkout, no password needed.
What happens after you order
- Order confirmation: arrives right after checkout and carries your order number.
- Shipping confirmation: sent when the carrier collects the parcel, with your tracking number.
- On the way: the carrier updates the tracking details at each stage until the parcel reaches your door.
Tracking not moving?
The first scan can take up to 24 hours to appear. If nothing has changed for several days, or the parcel shows as delivered but is not with you, email support@bejagadget.com with your order number. We will open an enquiry with the carrier and keep you updated.
